Natural Herbal Acne Treatment

Natural herbal acne treatments usually use herbal ingredients combined with warm compress to open pores and allow the healing benefits of the herb to work on affected skin.

This formulation is contained in an actual commercial acne treatment product with claims of natural ingredients: botanical alpha-Spina-sterol, citruline, stigma-sterol, water, aloe vera, and methyl paraben.

One may wonder if this combination of supposedly natural ingredients works.

Well, for some reason it is a legit acne skin treatment that can indeed cure, even surprisingly well.

Then again, like all homeopathic acne treatments, it really depends upon the severity of the acne condition and the response of the patient to the medication.

There are topical acne removal treatment products that were allegedly derived from rare living botanicals. Some claim to have developed their product from plant protein compound of natural amino acids and other (plant) phyto-chemicals.

Red clover is sought after for its estrogenic action.  Echinacea and poke root are often used for their anti-inflammatory properties as well as extracts from garlic, fresh mint and raw papaya can relieve swelling acne.

Other herbs such as bergamot, chamomile, dandelion root, juniper, lavender and witch hazel – with excellent astringent properties, can be used to reduce toxicity and improve the overall condition of the skin.

A few more herbal combinations applied to the affected do have healing effects – and can even beat acne popular treatments, such as: ground ginger with milk, honey and cinnamon, lemon juice with cinnamon, ground orange peel with water, salt and

vinegar, turmeric and vinegar paste, and a poultice of ground sesame seeds and water.  Some herbal preparations can be taken orally. One herbal blend that can preempt the inflammation of acne consists of equal parts of the herbal extracts of cleavers, sarsaparilla, burdock root and yellow dock.

These herbs are believed to be potent lymph and blood cleansers.  Half a teaspoon per day of this blend can be taken three times per day combined with a healthy diet allegedly decreases the effects of acne.
